From Venice: Directions from the intersection of Tamiami and the Venice Connector:

1. Take SR-681 N to I-75 – (about 3.3 mi)
2. Take the I-75 N ramp - go 7.4 mi
3. Take the SR-758 exit 207 to Sarasota - go 0.5 mi
4. Continue on Bee Ridge Rd - go 2.7 mi
5. Turn left at Iona Rd - go 0.6 mi
6. Turn left at Barton Farms Blvd - go 0.2 mi
7. Arrive at 8346 Barton Farms Blvd Sarasota, FL 34240

 From Bradenton: Directions from the intersection of SR-64 and I-75:

1. Take the I-75 S ramp to Naples - go 13 mi
2. Take the SR-758 exit 207 to Sarasota - go 0.3 mi
3. Bear left onto the Bee Ridge Rd E ramp - go 148 ft  
4. Turn left at Bee Ridge Rd - go 3.0 mi
5. Turn left at Iona Rd - go 0.6 mi
6. Turn left at Barton Farms Blvd - go 0.2 mi
7. Arrive at 8346 Barton Farms Blvd Sarasota, FL 34240

 From anywhere: Directions from the intersection of I-75 and Bee Ridge Road:

1. From the intersection of I-75 and Bee Ridge Road,  go East on Bee Ridge Rd - go 3.0 mi
2. Turn left at Iona Rd - go 0.6 mi
3. Turn left at Barton Farms Blvd - go 0.2 mi
4. Arrive at 8346 Barton Farms Blvd Sarasota, FL 34240

Details:   GENERAL §         December 16, 2007, 4 – 8 PM, at Laurel Lakes, 8346 Barton Farms Blvd, Sarasota§         NO COST – but enthusiasm and fun are required.§           The emphasis is on fun! §         NOTE: This is NOT a costume party! However, feel free to enjoy yourself. If you like to dress up, go ahead and come in eighteenth or nineteenth style dress or even (what do people call it?) accessorize.§         If anyone has holiday music that represents §  FOOD AND DRINK §         There will be a sign-up sheet at the November Meeting. If you miss that meeting, read below and bring something according to your own good judgment.§         The club is bringing the meat. §         Please bring a food item such as a covered dish (with serving utensil, please – there are never enough), bread/dessert, etc. If you cannot bring a food item, please bring plastic-ware, non-alcoholic beverages, an ice-chest (and ice) for drinks, napkins, paper plates, etc.§         Please see *** below§         Drink: BYOB GIFTS §         As with last year, we will have a GIFT EXCHANGE, of sorts. If you wish to participate, bring a book – inexpensive please.
