Book Launch – Blood Island
Launch Party
You are all invited to the Launch Party for Terry Griffin’s new book, Blood Island. It will be held on December 6th, from 2 – 4 pm, in the Antigua Room at Hilton Longboat Key Beach Resort, 4711 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL. Beer, wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served. Dress is beach casual. Blood Island has been named a finalist for the National Best Book Award for 2008 in the Mystery//Suspense category by USA Book News
January Speaker Update
Brenda Seabrooke, one of our own members, will speak at our January 7th meeting. She will discuss the topic of writing and publishing children’s books. More to come on this. Please keep the date open.
